I think their best part was the team of people they have working for them, they are all very supportive and friendly! They also have great communication skills to give us updates on our projects along the way. The main downside would be some things that can be improved is the turnaround time and getting paid when you expect it. It's always a struggle with freelancers to get your payment on time. They definitely have a lot of experience producing video content for clients so they know what they're doing. I've used them to produce videos for my website and they did an amazing job! They were quick to respond to any questions or requests i had. Their video quality and production value is really good too! I highly recommend using them. They helped me come up with ideas and concepts to make my videos more interesting and engaging.
