I like how the team at planet content is very professional, creative, and responsive. They are always willing to work with us on our projects. They're also very thorough and detail-oriented. They have also helped us get more out of our existing resources through coaching and training. I think their best part was the team of people they have working for them, they are all very supportive and friendly! They also have great communication skills to give us updates on our projects along the way. The main downside would be some things that can be improved is the turnaround time and getting paid when you expect it. It's always a struggle with freelancers to get your payment on time.
