My dental hygienist recommended I buy a night guard because I felt like I was grinding my teeth in my sleep, but she suggested trying one of the OTC guards and see if it helps before you take bite block 500 bucks created by a dentist i had before and found it uncomfortable to sleep. I'm so glad I listened and got this one! It's very easy to use, perfect for you and really comfy for sleeping! Fantastic purchase at an unbelievable price!
