I can't tell you how much I love them. First two sizes of orange balls. I have lower back pain. These balls are very good at massaging muscle lumps. They also help break the spine. They're harder than a tennis ball, which is great. A nice tote to take to work when your back needs help. I ride it every lunchtime and every break. The blue soccer ball is very good for sore feet. Quickly relieves my stepped aching feet. It tickles too. Also a great buy. 3 balls plus very bad. You can't beat the price as I saved money not having to go to a chiropractor.
