I bought this to use when it’s too cold or rainy to go walking, but expect to use it even when the weather is good. It was easy to set up, though I relied on a video as well as the written instructions. I set this up by myself—a small senior citizen woman. It helped that it was partially pre-assembled, and that’s what drew me to this model. Plus, it has a handle that can be used for stability. Though it has springs instead of bungee cords, it’s quiet. I’m not sure how that will change in time, but there is always WD-40 if that becomes a problem.
