I really like the Sandler, but I ordered my normal size and it was too big. The side strap was too loose and the velcro straps were already set as tight as possible. After wearing for a while, due to the fact that the suede stretches, it is impossible to tighten them. I have half wide feet. I sent them back (unworn). I was unhappy that I had to pay for return shipping without being able to exchange it. I would try a smaller size but if they don't work either I don't want another return shipping fee. I didn't expect to have to send them back. I will take a closer look at the return policy in the future.
