Doesn't Float for Bath Toys

I bought these for the Duck Pond game for seniors in the nursing community I work for. They didn't swim. They didn't have a hole in the bottom, so they kept tipping over. Once we put a hole in them they were fine, but it was extra work for us. There must be a hole in there!
