Review on Masterpiece Artist Canvas 41080 Vincent by Heather Shaw

Yes Damaged x 3 as I received 3 canvases damaged. I have purchased several large canvases from Masterpiece. Two arrived on time but were damaged beyond use - large scratches on the canvas! I had to send them back. I actually called customer service about this - these are expensive canvases AND they are large so returns are not easy to deal with. Customer service was unhelpful and the replacement took a month. Another canvas (this one is 40x40) has been delayed. When it arrived all corners were damaged. The box is fine but the canvas is damaged! I'm not returning it because returning the previous two was a real pain and - due to a delay in my absence and now the return window is closed. It was an expensive purchase and I am very disappointed. Good quality frame so I could reuse it but still - a lot of money wasted!
