I am currently using 2 of these as the base Pawliss Aquarium Decor Aquarium Decoration Ornament Ancient Bridge Large in my 10 gallon measles aquarium. Cory cats love to swim and hide in tubes. Note that the tubes are not very large, maybe an inch wide. Would also be good hiding spots for chicken or shrimp. I am very happy with this product, it is well made and strong, the moss adheres well. I think it looks like real moss, it's actually the same color as my live Marimo moss balls. They're a little pricey for being so small, but they're so well made they make up for it. No sharp or scratchy marks. Mine came ready to go straight into my aquarium.
