Sturdy and well made

These pans were just what I wanted. I was concerned by some of the reviews that talked about warping and side effects in the oven. That wasn't my experience at all (at 350°F and 375°F). The pans stayed straight. Everything went well. I didn't like the "look" of the black baking mats. I will wait to try them. The racks were a bonus from what I understand. I have used them to cool cookie shelves. I am very happy with these cookie cutters. They are durable and easy to clean.
