iPhone 8 no no - car accessories

Doesn't work on the iPhone 8. And of course it still doesn't work without a case. I used the round magnet that came with it and even then it didn't work. It will charge for less than 1 minute, then start blinking and not charging. He did it again and again. I've tried different areas on the back of the phone, tweaking, and nothing.
