May be too heavy for a skinny dog
I'm an average height for a 50 lb border collie mix. The collar is double thick and the hardware is really strong. On the middle hole sits well. It's really more secure than he needs, just like something to hang tokens on. I've been wearing it for 3 months now and I don't think it will ever wear out, the quality seems really great.
