Review on Columbia SANTIAM Regular Strap Sandal by Carlos Whitfield

I love these sandals! I mean as soon as my abrasion from wearing it had healed. The toe strap has a gap between the 3rd and 4th fingers. New skin rubs the foot and creates abrasions. This is bad design. TEVA has shock absorbing padding under the strap that runs the full length. It's not Colombia. I suggest opening the strap, laying it on a hard surface (like a workbench or piece of wood) and taking a hammer and hitting the strap to soften the leather. My parents owned a shoe store and that was their medicine. Worked for me - AFTER I got an abrasion.
