The title speaks for itself. The pump flows well and doesn't leak when I installed it, but the fans don't have enough power to push or pull air through the radiator. I don't know if the heatsink core is too narrow for the application or if the fans just don't cut it, but the effect is the same either way, no air flows through the heatsink.
