I received the shelf very quickly. We have a small (not useful) pantry but a big family. We already have 1 open shelf in the kitchen and we need another one not as big as our first one. This shelf is the perfect size. Assembly was so easy. Be sure to pay attention to the "TOR” marking on the clips. Otherwise, the shelves will not assemble properly. The shelf is pretty solid. When assembling it, I noticed that one of the shelves was bent. I emailed seller support to report the issue. Answered within 8 hours. They asked for a little more information and then responded again with information on how to ship my damaged shelf for a replacement. You were amazing. Based on the customer service alone I would definitely recommend this shelf and this seller again.
