This bottle is good for what I bought it for. It makes me drink more and pursue water. But he also sweats a lot on the outside of the bottle. The summer was hot and I put ice cubes in it... although it's hard to resist the cold. I would buy it again even though it helps me drink more at home during my pregnancy. It may need some upgrades, but I didn't buy a metal thermos to make it do what it was made for. Also, I bought another bottle with a straw and it broke after a week so it was a lot stronger!
