I sweat a lot so a mesh shirt is a big plus. I train at home, technically outside. It was very tight on my chest at first but when I take it off it feels just right. I say that because it's more like an "I'm already in shape" shirt, only cut. I would say it fits like most oversized shirts I've worn before. Some large shirts fit well and this was comfortable. I was also pleased with how tight it was at the waist. It's definitely a more shaped fit. FYI, it sticks to you like a glove when you're drenched in sweat. I'm not trying to be rude or tmi. or maybe it's because I sweat a lot (I swear I have a sweat disorder) but some shirts wick moisture and this one doesn't wick moisture at all. just so you know
