I like that it can be used with any type of Lead, whether they are qualified or not! It's also very helpful to have all my leads organized by category so i don't lose track if someone is no longer interested/needs help selling their product /etc etc.. There isn’t anything about this program specifically but what we use from D2O has been great for us as well - especially when setting up our sales teams' territories (we had an issue where some territory managers weren‘ t able take over certain accounts because there were too many).
