According to the size chart I had a large top (because of the bust) and an average bottom. I was concerned about the size so I bought the medium and large and the medium was perfect. I'm a size 8-10, 38D, 150lbs, 5'4". The sleeves on the shirt would have been a bit longer, but they reached to the wrists. I just like snuggling more. The large size would get me there where I wanted but I prefer the medium size to fit everywhere I was worried about the button given my chest but it's roomy so doesn't pull (busty girls you know what I mean) This is a lovely thick and warm fleece Exactly what I was looking for and can't wait to get my husband a set to match We also received for our new kittens :-)
