For my 2016 F-150: As others have pointed out, this is a great hitch. As mentioned, the hitch ball cannot be stolen because the ball and assembly rotate but do not separate. However, you will need a locking pin or someone could steal the entire towbar from your vehicle. I have the Napa Auto receiver/hitch master lock. Works perfectly. I have a 2016 Ford F-150 at factory height and this hitch has a 5" drop and a tri-ball. I really want them to go 6 inches because my trailer is a bit taller (above level) when I use the lowest setting. So I can't get the perfect level, but it's so small I don't think I'll be returning it. I thought about taking the 7", but if you drop the bottom ball two inches, you'll regret it when you hit a flop. There's a good chance you'll scrape the ball on the trailer is 5x8 and others may have different issues/luck with them.Parts that fit over the square metal base of a hitch and help soften and muffle any knocks or rumbles.Again I didn't notice anything before but you definitely won't notice after you put them on. On a 2016 Ford you need to push the hitch down a bit and then press (or tap with a hammer) on the trailer hitch pin, then it will be very tight. You can put two rectangular mufflers between the See receiver and hitch They work pretty well but you I need two of these guys for about $10 each to make a very ug no/rattle fit.
