The most helpful feature is the ability to create a "frequently used" list of procedures. This is a huge time saver and helps us to keep track of which procedures we use often. The software can be a little confusing at first. The customer service is also not the best. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and they are not always available when you need them. It's a great tool to keep track of what procedures you use most often and to keep track of what procedures you need to complete in order to receive credit for using them.
