Review on 🌿 Forest Green Ankarsrum Original Electric Stand Mixer, 7.4 Quart by Ken Reed

Revainrating 5 out of 5

High performance universal household mixer.

My Kenwood died after 25 years. Dealer cannot find parts. So I started looking for a new blender. I used my mother's (20 year old) 6 liter Pro Kitchenaid to bake bread. A bit stuck in the hard test. Still not bad. However, recent reviews have not impressed. While searching I came across Ankarsrum. The reviews I checked on several websites were good but didn't tell me what I needed to know. Like what did they use it for other than bread. I watched their videos and was impressed. So it has the power to make bread, but I make other things in my blender that I haven't seen in reviews and videos. Can it work just as well on small things as it does on heavy ones? After arguing about the price, I decided to give it a try. It arrived well packaged. I was impressed with the look and quality of what was made. To test this, I made an Angel Food Pie Box mix. I've never had protein so quickly. Then a batch of sausage balls (my old blender didn't work here). I just poured everything out, but the sausage needed a little crushing. This car didn't blink, shake, or spat. They made different breads, but we know he can handle bread. I've made creamy potatoes and large and small portions of biscuits (heavy and soft dough). It won't just beat 1 egg white. The seller told me the plastic bowl would withstand boiling sugar. Withstands double batches of bread and biscuits. I'm sold - 7 year warranty, repair center in Georgia, still working machines from the 60s and excellent quality plastic parts. This machine would be too killer if you didn't cook much, made large batches, or just cooked with boxed mixtures. It has the power to handle both light and heavy jobs with ease.
