, I can confirm this case works with PS5 REAR connectors. I tried using the Sabrient case first, but it only worked with the USB-C on the front of the PS5. Also, he had stability issues when exiting "Sleep" mode (or whatever it's called). I used this cheaper UGreen with the same NVME SSD (1TB Western Digital SN750) and it works fine with the rear USB-A ports. No stability issues. My only gripe is that I wish it had a thermal pad so the aluminum case could be used as a heatsink. Otherwise great body.
