All-inclusive tool useful even if you don't use CRM
The best thing about this product to me was that it has helped us in organizing all our data into one place which makes things easier for clients as well as employees who are looking at different reports from different sources. It also helps with tracking sales, marketing activities etc., but I do not like how some features have been made inaccessible due to security reasons. We used this software when we were working with Salesforce so now everything can be tracked easily across multiple channels/tools.
Pros
- Best tool i've seen since most other tools require you too sign up
- Allows users (including non techies)to access system remotely even if there is no internet connection available
Cons
- Good but not great
