Really love them. No more messy cleaning disaster of crumbs, scuffs, etc. getting into the space at the bottom of my bin. And the holes seem to be adequate for airflow, I haven't noticed any difference in cooking time or results. One BIG caveat though: don't be a complete idiot like me and preheat the paper fryer on the spot. If there is nothing on it, it will fly up and stick to the burner element at the top of the fryer and cook there. I was able to clumsily remove mine with pliers after 5 minutes of 375° preheating without hurting myself (nice black concentric circles on parchment!) I hope you're smarter than me!
