This scanner was made for vehicles we have in the US and European/Asian models. After 12 months they expect you to pay them 70.00 per year for updates. But if you don't work with new models like me, you don't need updates, but every 3 years or after a change of manufacturer. I was also concerned about product support as this scanner is not sold by a US reseller. I had problems with the scanner not working after 1 year and the service subscription expired. Kingbolen is a supplier from China and was there whenever I needed it, even after the warranty expired. The only problem with this scanner is that it requires more memory.
