Easily attaches to the seat back. The only thing that caught my eye was the method/means of mounting the iPad in or on a case and tilting the display. I plan to use a foam wedge between the iPad and the new display lid. I could tilt the seat, but that would be uncomfortable for the driver and passenger. Proposal Mfgr. Consider adding a tilt device so the person looking at the iPad can adjust the image for the best viewing angle. I'll check some auto, electronics, and hardware stores to see if I can find an inexpensive tilt mechanism.
