I bought the medium and large because after reading the reviews (and my body) I had to try it myself. I'm 5'8 150lbs with a relatively athletic build and small chest. They both fit, but I ended up going for the large because I liked that I had more freedom of movement and it tended to cover some of the edges of the sleeves and waist. I also prefer the length of the sleeves and the ability to change the length of the dress to my liking. The material is buttery soft and very stretchy, and I always prefer comfort in classic attire!
