16 foot ratchet strap

I used this strap to "train" the futon mattress to develop a curve so it doesn't slide down when you sit on the futon in couch mode . The ratchet is on the bottom where it is not visible and a small fold in the futon cover hides the strap on the top. I think I could use a rope to do the same thing, but I could never tighten it like this ratchet does.
