When I first ordered this item, I found that it had a fault. Yes, it was an advertised touchscreen, but you couldn't activate the home button. This became an issue as the home screen would turn off if I was listening to music while running. When I tried to wake the home screen using the home button or fingerprint, it didn't register. I expressed my concern to Quanfun, who immediately responded with a correction. I was sent a modified version with a thin circle over the home button that allowed the user to activate the home button with a touch and even a fingerprint. I was very impressed that Quanfun listened to their customers and wanted to improve their product in such a short amount of time (within 2 weeks). This type of service is second to none. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the case also fits iPhone Plus sizes. This causes a problem on smaller iphones as there is more room in the belt pouch which allows the iphone to move out of the home button's custom circle.
