Review on 🥬 Large Green Joseph Joseph Cut & Carve Multi-Function Cutting Board by Steven Mazie

My second purchase. The purple board was washed in the dishwasher for five years, the color has lightened with repeated use. This is a great interface. I'm less than thrilled with the meat grate on the back, which holds food well, but small dots can get in the way of the blade and wear down a bit. The red board is brand new, still beautiful, ready to go. I don't use the hot air rinse mode because part of the purple border has come off and possibly from overheating. I like this type of board because it slopes to form a shallow reservoir to collect juice from cuttings. I will buy it again, it's a very good product. UPDATE 10/02/2021 Still using both cutting boards...nice to have a spare if one needs to be washed. I'm thinking of getting another one just for veggies. The old purple board lost most of its edge from the heat in the dishwasher but I don't see that as a problem...still going strong!
