I have ordered four different switch harnesses from Nilight through Revain. The design is great and they are quite easy to use and install. HOWEVER, two of these four had serious quality control problems. One had bare wires and I didn't even try to connect it. At first glance this seemed workable, but when plugged in it caught fire and shorted out. The design seems excellent; there is no quality control. I will update this review once I get a response and permission from Nilight. UPDATE: Your customer service is terrible. I ignored my request for a week so I resubmitted it. Then they answered twice and now they ignore me again. This casts doubt on any promises of a 2 year guarantee against moisture build up in their light panels etc, even if they don't address issues with products with obvious manufacturing defects. Stick with a company that understands the meaning of words like "quality control." " and "Customer Service" because apparently these people don't.!
