Review on Kreg R3 Pocket Hole System by Tim Rios

My Kreg Jr. I've had this for over three years now and have benefited greatly from it. this and some amazing projects completed. I'm switching to a Kreg K4 or K5 system (haven't decided which yet) but will definitely keep my Kreg Jr. for small projects. When I first received my Kreg Jr. I was amazed at how well it worked and how easy it was to use. It has quickly become my favorite method of joining wood as it makes it easier to hide screws/fixtures. not to mention that it makes the connection super strong; I've never had a single rejection. I'll give you one piece of advice: be careful when adjusting the collet on your drill press. I've cut my fingers several times - the last time I needed stitches. If the collet catches, clamp the whole thing in a vise, then use a small hammer to loosen it. Do not hit the edge of the workbench with the collet!
