Review on 📞 VocalEase - Voice-Activated Phone Dialer by Kristina Perez

I bought this for my brother who is mostly blind, elderly, disabled and in a nursing home. This was very helpful to him and rarely caused any problems. It is important to follow the instructions and use two names for each person e.g. B. Jim Jones to make sure it works properly. However, I must add that the product sent to me was supposed to be new, but after a few months of use I accidentally discovered that it had been used before and still has the previous owner's name on it. When I called the dealer to offer to replace it or provide substantial compensation, the best they could do was send me a $10 wrist watch that tells the time (also a useful product for my brother). I found this unsatisfactory as the product cost $200. All in all a good product but make sure it's really new.
