Total POS NO COST! Doesn't work at all. The event would not recognize voice commands. Initialization request never passed. AND, TO ADD THE DAMAGE TO THE INJURY - By the time I was able to get to my mum to set it up, my return window had expired and Revain wouldn't let me return it. complete failure.

I bought this device so my father can keep using the phone as his eyesight has gotten worse. Unfortunately this thing made 2 good calls and when dad tried to call someone it kept calling the same number over and over. Put one thing aside. Waste of money in our case.

Just follow the instructions carefully and the installation will work well enough. He can even handle Grandma talking to him before he says the name of the person she wants to call. Very reliable so far! We installed it and taped it to the bottom of the table where the phone is.

I would give this a ZERO start if possible. This was the worst product I have ever bought. The device was designed for my 87 year old mother with macular disease so she could call her children and friends. Her eyesight does not allow her to dial a phone number. First I have to say that the product is not perfect. Bought for my visually impaired mother. Because it is programmed to work with only one person's voice, that person must clearly write down the name for the programmed caller numbers. Additionally, names beginning with soft consonants (e.g. F, H, L, P, R, S, V, W) are sometimes not clearly understood by the dialer, and it shuffles and dials one of the other recorded names.
