Review on 📞 VocalEase - Voice-Activated Phone Dialer by Dianna Oden

I would give this a ZERO start if possible. This was the worst product I have ever bought. The device was designed for my 87 year old mother with macular disease so she could call her children and friends. Her eyesight does not allow her to dial a phone number. After installation, the device worked flawlessly for about a month. She got problems with the device not recognizing the requested name. We regrouped the group and emphasized that they should pronounce the name the same way each time. Not only did the block fail, but it also took on other names upon request. At first we thought that maybe my mother would ask to call someone else and not the person who needs it and at no point did we want to admit that we called. Not so. I bought a 2nd generation Revain ECHO and installed it in place of this phone dialer. The best I've ever done. Actually, I should have returned this device after the first month, but I kept trying to use it.
