The ability to create your own templates for projects. This allows you to customize your workflows and get things done faster. It also allows you to use different software or applications to complete tasks. I dislike that it is not compatible with some tools. There are many other products out there that provide similar functionality but that are compatible with other programs like Revit. If you want to build custom workflows for your organization this is a great product. It has allowed our team to be more efficient throughout our workflow process.
