Hard to use and didn’t even used it, only for a test try.

I didn’t even used the item just for test try. and seller can’t accept my return because it’s been more then 30 days since I had it, but it’s not used, the punching bag was to soft, it’s hard, when you punch it, it’s liking your punching a rock.

It didn''t last 2 months. Punching cushion broke off and there''s no way to repair it. Now it is a heavy paper weight. I would not recommend this product. Don''t waste your money
