We are really enjoying this punching bag. It was easy to put together. The biggest thing was just that you have to add your water or sand prior to putting the bag on, so make sure you have it set up where you want to keep it or have enough extra strength to move it. We especially like the adjustable height as my kids are using, as am I, and my 6'3" hubby. Great to have such good accessibility for all of us.

This is so much more than a toy punch bag. This can be used as an actual training and exercise equipment. It is well made. The base is secure and doesn’t move when it is filled with just water. You can add sand for more weight but the larger bottom base doesn’t require it to keep it weighted down. I didn’t even used the item just for test try. and seller can’t accept my return because it’s been more then 30 days since I had it, but it’s not used, the punching bag was to soft, it’s hard, when you punch it, it’s liking your punching a rock.

One thing we took up during 2020 was working on our punching bag with regularity (we only hung it up very occasionally before). While this was fine, I particularly yearned for a speed bag to add to the workout. Finally got this one and it's been great! The spring and the solid ball provide just the right feel and action, while the base (ours is water filled) doesn't budge an inch. Definitely the right choice for the home fitness center.

Don’t be fooled by the reviews. Cheap product. The pin that connects the pole broke after a week. This product is the same as all the others on amazon but they just have different company names. Save your money, it’s not more durable or reliable than others. Cheap

Sturdy and easy to set up it does have different heights. So kids and adults can use. I ended up using one bag of sand and it was enough to keep it sturdy and in place.

Really likw it, very sturdy this something to keeping move and practice my reflex and improve speed and performance. The bag may be too hard or too soft, making it difficult to get an accurate feel for hitting an opponent during training!

The stand was easy to assemble & shockingly light in the mail. The only complaint I had was adding sand to the bottom. You add sand through the top of the bottom block. The hole was small, the sand kept getting clogged. Other than that I love the stand.
