Great automation tool to make daily task easy and free up team member's resources
The way we can automate our work flow by adding new rules as per requirement along with notifications when an employee has received request from client/customer etc., This reduces human error in processing orders & billing process hence reducing cost involved for same like other companies where this feature isn't available due high costs associated w ith licensing fees / training charges (if any).
Nothing specific but I have faced few minor issues while using software such that sometimes you might feel difficult at time during initial phase until start getting used towards its features then overall experience becomes very good if not best ever till now! - It's easy to use.
- Can be customized accordingly which is great plus point, user friendly interface makes it easier than most others softwares out there today,
- Easy automation through Rules Engine without much coding knowledge required.which actually gives flexibility too!!
- Initial setup takes more efforts compared what expected ,but once done everything seems fine :)
