Great automation tool to make daily task easy and free up team member's resources

The way we can automate our work flow by adding new rules as per requirement along with notifications when an employee has received request from client/customer etc., This reduces human error in processing orders & billing process hence reducing cost involved for same like other companies where this feature isn't available due high costs associated w ith licensing fees / training charges (if any). Pros
  • It's easy to use.
  • Can be customized accordingly which is great plus point, user friendly interface makes it easier than most others softwares out there today,
  • Easy automation through Rules Engine without much coding knowledge required.which actually gives flexibility too!!
Cons
  • Initial setup takes more efforts compared what expected ,but once done everything seems fine :)

Great Solution For Customer Service

I like that it has an auto correct feature so you don't have to worry about typos in your messages. The interface can be difficult for non tech savvy people. It took me some time to figure out how to use all the features but once i did everything worked as expected. There are other more advanced options available if needed however they require additional fees. We were able solve our email communication issues with this software by automating many repetitive tasks allowing us to focus on solving
