I like that it has an auto correct feature so you don't have to worry about typos in your messages. The interface can be difficult for non tech savvy people. It took me some time to figure out how to use all the features but once i did everything worked as expected. There are other more advanced options available if needed however they require additional fees. We were able solve our email communication issues with this software by automating many repetitive tasks allowing us to focus on solving customers problems instead of doing administrative work. I like that it is easy to use and has a lot of features. I dislike that it is very expensive and can be hard to find the right person to work with. I would recommend Mr Wolf to any company that needs to automate their customer service. I am solving the problem of being able to have a system that can handle a large volume of calls. I am also able to have a system that is easy to use.
