We only eat steaks on wooden plates, but after more than 40 years my old ones had to be replaced. I couldn't find what I was looking for for a long time, but it's just perfect! The plates are beautifully designed and large enough to hold a full size steak and side dishes. In addition, oak will not damage the knife. I highly recommend these records.
