I ordered product the only thing is that i ordered it to big I'm 5'3 238 and ordered a 2x I should have ordered a 1x the 2x fits ok but not tight like I would like it to fit. I also apply Hot Vita Hot Gel and then the put the waist trainer when I go on my run. I was impressed to see my weight drop from 238 to 228 in a week in a half.
