Review on SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive SDCZ48-016G-A46 (Black/Red) by Micha Kamierczak ᠌

Nice product, happy with my purchase and may buy again.

There are three flash drives, two with a capacity of 16 GB and one with a capacity of 32 GB. I have been using a flash drive with a capacity of 32 gigabytes for the past two years. This drive is formatted in the NTFS file system, and I use it to view movies that are up to 27 gigabytes in size. Nothing freezes, and the disk does not fall off. The USB port, on the other hand, becomes quite hot. The speed is adequate; however, it does have its own peculiarity in that it records the first 800 Mb / s at a speed of 53 Mb / s, and the rest of the speed ranges from 17 Mb / s to 20 Mb / s. I've also been recording movies onto a different 16 GB flash drive that's been in use for the past two years. This is where things get really interesting: I recently purchased two more 16 GB flash drives, and one of them turned out to be defective (I described its problem in the previous paragraph), while the other turned out to be faster than my comparable 16 GB flash drive, which had already been in use for two years. The older drive worked at the same speed as it does now, indicating that its performance has not deteriorated over time. The year 2022 is listed as the manufacturing year for both of them. A movie that is 2.6 gigabytes in size and is recorded on one flash drive at a pace that varies from 6.5 megabits per second to 11 megabits per second, while the other flash drive records the same movie at a consistent 26 megabits per second or 27 megabits per second, it appears like a good copy has been made. A USB 3.0 port offers all of these speeds simultaneously. If you are interested, you can have a look at the photographs that I took of flash drives, as well as the screenshots that I took from usbflashinfo. Would I suggest buying flash drives from this particular company?in both 16 and 32 gigabytes?, if you are able to locate a version of 16 GB for no more than 340, and a version of 32 GB for no more than 499, in a large store, and in the case in which, without any problems, exchange for working or return the money, then yes, I would also advise you to pay attention to the TRANSCEND Jetflash 790, if it is not significantly more expensive than this one.

Pros
  • - The flash drive has an excellent design; the sliding mechanism is firmly attached, but you can forget about the cap because it is not present. - Not a terrible speed performance, however as it turns out, it is dependent on the specific occurrence, or else I got quite lucky. - When you connect the flash drive to your computer, a blue indicator on the 16 GB model will gradually dim and then light up to let you know that it is successfully linked. - A 5-year money-back guarantee.
Cons
  • I purchased two 16 GB flash drives, and one of them stopped working as soon as I got it home. When I tried to format it in NTFS, an error popped up, saying that the disk was write-protected. Attempts to copy something to it, create a file on it, format it to another file system, such as FAT32, etc., etc., resulted in nothing, and I got my money back at the store for it. The 32 GB model does not include an indication light of any kind. - The indicator light just dims and then returns to its full brightness; it does not change in any manner in response to working with files.
