An easy-to-use application that does just what it promises
The most helpful feature about this software has to be the ability for you, or anyone else with access to it, to see the results of one's search right away - which helps weed out applicants who may not have much experience working at your organization but appear to have excellent references.
I dislike how difficult it can sometimes be to find any information on an applicant within the system - even if they are listed as hired/rejected etc. This makes my job easier since I no longer need to call each person myself before letting them know their status through email.
Pros
- Very responsive customer service when needed in terms answering questions via phone calls / emails quickly! Great response time from support staff too..even though we're located across country lines here.it doesn't matter where our business address happens t obe.they still get back very promptly :)
