Review on Gigabyte GC CI22M_A CNVi Wireless AC Upgrade by Tim Curd

Fantastic update for the Gigabyte Z390m gaming board. I got this primarily because I've had no luck with USB dongles for Bluetooth. I noticed a significant improvement in the smoothness and accuracy of my WMR BT controllers that used to shake and jump around on USB dongles. Something nice was much more reliable pairing and faster connection times when paired controllers were enabled. Make sure your chipset/mobile device/processor has and supports built-in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. Other than that, I'm not sure if this particular chip will work. I have a fairly new Z390m and an Intel 9600K so I'm fine. Finally, I usually play over wired LAN, but a couple of Steam tests with Rocket League over the weekend showed no dropouts or noticeable lag when using WiFi. The ping time to the server was almost the same as with a wired connection. My house has an enterprise-class MU-MIMO AC1750 setup with managed switches, so YMMV if you're using off-the-shelf products.
