Update: I would like to warn potential buyers that this seller is offering a positive feedback premium and has just offered me $20 to remove this negative feedback. I'm afraid that because of these awards, the positive reviews here are biased and don't necessarily reflect the actual quality of the product. (Original review) Two sizes included. Small tiny ones (and shrink even more when heated in water), so small ones are of no use. The larger sizes are closer to what fits an adult, although they don't quite cover my wisdom teeth. Product size guidelines (heating with boiling water) are not exact - see other reviews for tips on actually performing the process. The finished product is still bulky and clunky. I've had significantly better results with other brands. I will shop again soon.
