USB port does not charge the phone

when I connect the USB port to charge the phone, the RGB turns off and the phone does not charge. Update: About a month later their customer support contacted me about a problem I was having with their product, although it's a bit late they helped me solve the problem unlike some other sellers with a fake warranty. They really care about their products and the user experience. So I think their customer service definitely deserves five stars.
