These towels come nicely presented with that tag attached to the outer sash rather than through the fabric of the towels. Made in India in the style of a Turkish peshtemal, they're soft but have a packaging crease that didn't go away after the first washing.Made of recycled cotton, the towels are so thin that I can actually see my fingers behind one when looking at it. The weaving and seams are nicely done, but the knotted fringes are not even in length.They machine washed in cold water without any color bleeding or shrinkage, but wrinkle enough that they need to be ironed to look nice. Once they were ironed, these towels could be used decoratively to give your bathroom a spa like look. I think they're better suited for that than for actual use as a hand towel.
